Abstract

In today's knowledge-based economic environment, more and more companies recognize the excavations and maintain knowledge of business-critical, enterprise knowledge management is increasingly becoming the key to the survival and development of enterprises. The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy and development, knowledge management of construction enterprises, the more its necessity. Construction enterprise knowledge management research, has attracted the attention of experts and scholars at home and abroad, but very little systematic study of knowledge management of the construction tender stage. Tender is a a practical very strong work, the whole process needs to rely on the expertise and knowledge of these experiences and knowledge are often hidden, and the high liquidity of the construction industry personnel, but also makes the tacit knowledge accumulated lack of sustainable sex. As the traditional tendering systems generally focus on the use of computerized data, take advantage of the lack of knowledge of the experience class. Therefore, starting from the angle of the Tacit Knowledge, case-based reasoning (Case-Based Reasoning CBR) method is applied to knowledge management, the bidding process by constructing construction companies to bid for CBR-based knowledge management system case form of externalization tacit knowledge based on experience, knowledge reuse. The main work of this paper is summarized as follows: (1) reviewed the research literature on knowledge management and knowledge management systems, analysis of construction enterprise knowledge management research progress on the relationship between the CBR and knowledge management, introduced knowledge The basic theory of management, tender and CBR further clarify this study goals, content, methods and ideas. (2) a tender knowledge management theoretical framework, and specifically addressed the theoretical basis of the tender knowledge management research, theoretical analysis method, and tender knowledge management involves technology and tools, analyzed the tender knowledge management research main content. (3) through the based CBR tender knowledge management system requirements analysis, given the overall system design (including system architecture design and system logical framework design) and system function planning, detailed design (including knowledge base system tender Case tender Case Knowledge acquisition, bid case knowledge representation and knowledge of the organization of the tender Case), from both the the bidding case retrieval, evaluation, revision and storage in four areas given system tender Case-Based Reasoning design, and bidding case reasoning process planned. (4) from the five aspects of the corporate culture, organizational structure, incentives, information infrastructure, and knowledge of safety system safeguards tender knowledge management implementation. (5) the development of a prototype system for knowledge management system based CBR tender, and describes the prototype system development environment and runtime environment on the prototype system development techniques and tools, gives a description of the main features of the system typical features in the system to achieve interface, the operation of the prototype system and appropriate safeguards described.
