Abstract


The quality of the workforce , the era of the knowledge economy put forward higher requirements , colleges and universities (hereinafter referred to as the \To this end , the university must change the traditional management model , management tools and management methods to strengthen the use of the rule of law , and constantly improve its management level , so that the work can be well-organized and smooth . With the idea of socialist democratic legal system and the basic principle of the rule of law , further expand into the field of higher education , colleges and universities in the management process gradually understanding to manage the school , the importance of management in accordance with the law . Recent years, some universities in China as the basic guiding ideology of the rule of law , to take all the measures and means , actively promote the rule of law in the process of the school management has made certain achievements . But because of the limitations of the various factors , our college management rule of law also inevitably there are some noteworthy . The whole of the rule of law of the University Management Misunderstanding from knowledge to manage the school , the concept of the rule of law is weak , the spirit of democracy is missing , there is no effective mechanism of supervision and four Chinese universities common problems in the rule of law in the management process . Perfect the legal system of university management , the establishment of a comprehensive law enforcement and supervision mechanisms , and improve education complaints system to address these issues , and strengthen the publicity of the Governing Education , and enhance the overall rule of law literacy measures and recommendations . To make the problem more specific parses , for example, special Lanzhou University management legalization of the status quo of Lanzhou University , there is the analysis of the problems and their causes , to enhance and improve school management system , the rule of law degree , to establish a legitimate management procedures , strengthening internal management mechanism , clear administrative privileges , improving the rights relief system , effectively protect the legitimate rights and interests relative to management countermeasures to promote continuous development and improvement Lanzhou University management process of the rule of law .
