Abstract


Transportation is an important component of tourism in the main time consuming and cost consuming. It is connected to the tourist region and tourist destination, and communication of tourism demand and supply, is a prerequisite for the development of tourism, and has an important influence in the development of the sustainable tourism destinations. Travel spatial structure of tourism is the tourism activities in the space of the projection, is home to important areas of tourism geography research, especially has a particular significance in the regional tourism planning. Therefore, the exploration of how transport impact on the tourism structure and evolution, is urgent need to answer.Anhui is a province with world-class tourism resources in Huangshan, Xidi -Hongcun destination. Reform and opening up to the present, Anhui Province after three decades of tourism development, has made remarkable achievements. As the transport network system in Anhui Province, traffic element has an important impact on tourism development, evolution of tourism spatial structure. So far, a highway as a skeleton, to the country supported by provincial trunk highways and rural roads, a road network has been formed. Road traffic has an in-depth impact on tourism, from product combination to tourism flows, thereby the evolution of tourism structure. Based on tracing latest study dynamics at home and abroad, this paper employs qualitative and quantitative methods, firstly analyzes the spatial structure of tourism in Anhui Province and its evolution; secondly studies Anhui highway development on the accessibility features and its evolution; finally, we discuss that the road traffic impacts spatial structure and evolution of tourism, summed up the rules between the two, and given some suggestions, aim to provide some scientific guidance for tourism industry distribution and transport planning in Anhui Province .This paper consists of three parts:The first part introduces the basic background of this paper, including Chapter One. At the beginning, this part discusses the research background and significance of this paper, introduces the study of fundamental concepts and basic theory, then systematically analyzes and evaluates the research progress on traffic impact on the tourism at home and abroad. Finally this part summarizes the research methods and research ideas, and draws the basic research framework.The second part is the main section of this thesis including Chapter Two, Three, and Four, in which the road traffic impact on the Anhui Province spatial structure and evolution was discussed systematically via three aspects:Firstly, the second chapter studies tourism spatial structure and evolution in Anhui Province by the core-periphery theory, combined with the first distribution and rank-size distribution. The author considers that the tourism spatial structure in Anhui Province to the main core layer(Huangshan-Hefei),second core layer (Anqing-Chizhou-Wuhu) and marginal layer (other cities) to form a multi-level "core -periphery" spatial mode. Generally spatial structure of tourism in Anhui Province evolves from the core polarization phase to the edge of the diffusion stage; spatial development around the city in general is not balanced, hierarchical obvious, but the degree of uneven development tends to ease; the spatial pattern of regional tourism evolves from "the high and low, lower level by level from south to north" to "The high and low, slightly elevated central region."Secondly, the third chapter studies the road traffic in Anhui Province. Drawing on the basis of previous research, the author also tries using the weighted average travel time index, by using geographic information system approaches. In general, respectively, to the level of city and regional highway network in Anhui Province reach of space-time evolution was analyzed, and summarized the reach of space-time evolution. Study found that up to the highway network in Anhui Province of the overall presentation of Hefei as the core of the "core-periphery" model, accessibility to the external contour has gradually increased, the regional center ring generally irregular distribution of the two terminal region generally irregular pattern of distribution of semi-circular. Spatial distribution is up to the axis distribution, has a certain point of the regional trunk road. According to reach the final outcome of the evolution of value can be up to each city is divided into good in general, and can reach up to three levels and poor.Finally, the fourth chapter based on preliminary research, detailed analysis of road traffic on the spatial structure of Anhui Province, and made relevant recommendations. This chapter in general, city, regional analysis section, respectively, and lasted from the time of a total perspective of the Anhui highway accessibility of the tourism spatial structure. The author considers that the road traffic and the evolution of tourism spatial structure have a strong correlation, road traffic greater impact on the tourism industry. Finally, cities can be divided into four groups: transport accessibility support for the role of tourism development need to be further refined; good traffic conditions are not sufficient to support the tourism industry; a good traffic conditions for full support of the tourism industry; transportation and tourism resource endowments are poor, accessibility and tourism also need to be improved.The third part is the conclusion, includes of Chapter Five, puts forward main conclusions of the paper and future work remaining to perfect.
