Abstract


The first chapter capillary electrophoresis with high separation efficiency, rapid and required less sample characteristics. Applications include analysis of inorganic ions, small organic molecules analysis, environmental analysis, food analysis, biological analysis, pharmaceutical analysis. In analytical chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology, medicinal chemistry, food chemistry, environmental chemistry and medicine and many other areas, has broad application prospects. Recalled in the introduction capillary electrophoresis history, current situation and development trend, the main features and research, focusing on the capillary electrophoresis - electrochemical detection (CE-ED) for a more comprehensive overview. According to the contents of this thesis, focusing on the regular review and Miniaturization of capillary electrophoresis in medicine, food composition analysis and clinical diagnosis of the disease. In this thesis, CE-ED technique, determination of several Chinese medicine, the active ingredient in food, but also will miniaturized capillary electrophoresis range of applications extends to the clinical diagnosis of the disease, greatly expand the application range of CE-ED, discusses the capillary electrophoresis - electrochemical detection hyphenated technique in pharmaceutical analysis, biochemical analysis of some applications. Chapter Eucommia and health products bioactive components by capillary electrophoresis - electrochemical detection of the present study, capillary electrophoresis - electrochemical detection (CE-ED) Simultaneous Separation and Determination of Eucommia leaf, Eucommia Eucommia skin and health care products marketed in rutin, ascorbic acid, hyperin, chlorogenic acid, quercetin and other bioactive ingredient content, examines the running buffer pH and concentration, separation voltage, the applied potential and the injection time of experimental parameters on the separation, detect effects.
