Abstract

In recent years , global climate change , hurricane losses is increasing year by year . Toward civil engineering structures , span , soft, lightweight and low damping direction , greatly enhanced the sensitivity of the structure of the wind , and the structural damage of the hurricane uncommon , wind load is becoming structural design control load one . Therefore , the accurate understanding of wind loads and their effects is very important . Countries in the world have developed a specialized wind load specification to guide the structure wind resistant design the representative building structure Load Code \-95 ) and Australia / New Zealand \States norms are reflected in the calculation of wind load basic wind speed ( wind pressure ) , the height of the terrain affect the coefficient , shape coefficient , power amplification factor of four aspects . Countries standardized difference lies in the distance when the average wind speed values ??in terms of the basic wind speed ; differences in height and topography influence coefficient performance considerations and the level of detail . States on the theoretical basis of the shape coefficient is consistent with , and are determined by wind tunnel tests . Terms of specific provisions , Australia and the United States a more detailed specification . Chinese norms in comprehensive and can basically meet the general design requirements , but did not form a strict system . The fluctuating wind structure is more complex , divided into the pulsating wind speed nature of fluctuating wind impact the structure of the power amplifier to compare . Fluctuating velocity , China , U.S. Australia norms are very different , only from the the fluctuating velocity spectrum , Chinese norms are safer , but it should be noted that our specification provisions on the turbulence intensity is low . In short , the provisions of the Australian specification more detailed more fully consider the impact of factors , each parameter under the system context clear , the United States , followed by specification , the specification provides for a more brief .
