Abstract


The highway is to reflect one of the signs of the economic development of a country and regional level and the degree of modernization . The operating status of the highway only by highway level of the company's operating performance evaluation can determine , establish reasonable and effective highway performance evaluation system can enhance the highway management , to promote highway healthy development . Our current performance evaluation system not fully reflect the special nature of the company's financial and operating management of highway . Therefore, the establishment of effective performance evaluation system , so that not only embodies the highway particularity but also closely linked with the strategic objectives of the company , while the company 's long-term competitiveness , has become particularly urgent . In this study, through the analysis of the characteristics of the highway industry , combined with the principles and methods of performance evaluation system , the application of the Balanced Scorecard and Analytic Hierarchy Process , from financial, customer, internal processes , learning and growth , as well as the security angle , build the company's overall performance evaluation of highway hierarchy model . A comprehensive evaluation of the application of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build the highway , the hierarchy of the overall performance evaluation model , and the conclusion of this study is applied to the performance evaluation study of the modern investment company . The Modern Investment Co., Ltd. was listed in Shenzhen in 1999 , Hunan Province, the transportation system is the only one listed company , its main business for highway maintenance and repair and toll operators . In recent years , the company in the healthy development of the main business of the highway at the same time , the company also actively adjustment of industrial structure , efforts to expand the business outside of the main industry , and constantly develop new profit growth point . In this paper, the overall performance evaluation of expressway listed company hierarchy model evaluation of the performance of the modern investment company , confirmed the excellent level of the company in the industry , and there is much room for development . For investors , has a good reference value . The study of this paper has a certain value of theoretical and practical operation of highway Performance Evaluation System Performance Evaluation and highway company practice .
