Abstract

The judicial system is the basic content and the core of a country's laws. As the operation of the foundation of the legal system, the judge is a core part of the judicial system. Applicable law, in fact, is the rational thought process activities through their own thinking and rational judgment, the law is correctly applied to the cases, judges use legal knowledge to solve social conflicts. Therefore, the judges of the high-quality security laws and run correctly. To this end, various countries and regions attach great importance to the construction of the system of judges to ensure fairness, justice and order, freedom and legal value to be realized. System from the United States, two countries with different judges compared to to explore the regularity content of the judge system between the two countries as well as the future trends of to reconstructing our judges institutional deepening judicial reform, will have an important reference.
