Abstract


The quality of service is a very important issue for China's civil aviation enterprises . How to improve the quality of service of the civil aviation enterprises , mainly depends on the characteristics of the organization , the actual situation of the enterprise as well as the objective of the internal and external environment . Process management is today 's most popular domestic and international management disciplines, process management theory effectively used in the service enterprise management practice , has become a major component in determining the competitiveness of China 's civil aviation enterprises . China's civil aviation enterprises are providing a service -intensive industries , the traditionally implemented quality management (IS09001) and total quality management , improve the competitive advantage of China's civil aviation enterprises in the international civil aviation industry has been unable to meet the Value creation , learn from today's state-of-the-art process management methods , the pursuit of \Shandong Airlines Co., Ltd. , for example , through the analysis of the complaints of the quality of their services and the \Service process management theory through the analysis of the contact point of the cabin service process , leads to the construction of China 's civil aviation cabin service process management framework , it is at this stage of China's civil aviation enterprises is an important means to improve the core competitiveness for the health of China 's civil aviation enterprises sequence development providing reference .
