Enhance the device is extremely common in industrial applications , its power agencies use of electro-hydraulic proportional valve or electro-hydraulic servo valve controlled hydraulic motor or hydraulic cylinder , valve-regulated motor or valve control cylinder to rise, fall , and speed control . Proportional control of electro-hydraulic and electro-hydraulic servo control high investment costs , high maintenance requirements , and enhance the speed error and jitter phenomena existing in the process , affecting the normal production . Need to be studied in order to meet production requirements, improve production efficiency , a new control method to address these deficiencies . With the rapid development of science and technology , the application of computer technology in the field of hydraulic promote the emergence and development of the electro-hydraulic digital control technology , digitized become the inevitable trend of development of hydraulic technology also makes hydraulic components . In this paper, the lifting device in the lead electrolytic setting sun pole washing production line as the research object , the electro-hydraulic digital control method to control the speed of the lifting device . Firstly, the types and the advantages and disadvantages of existing digital valve to enhance the mechanical structure and working principle of the device for analysis , select hydraulic motor as the actuator of the hydraulic control system , and comes with a pressure compensating device the digital directional flow valve to control hydraulic the speed and direction of rotation of the motor , the application speed feedback , microcomputer control , designed the digital speed electro-hydraulic control system . The system consists of the digital valve stepper motor to achieve the digital / analog signal conversion, and eliminating the need for the digital / analog conversion means , and to simplify the hydraulic control system structure . Then create a mathematical model of the electro-hydraulic digital speed control system , the characteristic equation root method and frequency domain analysis to determine the relative stability of the closed-loop system , and the application of MATLAB / Simulink imitation software control system simulation , the simulation based on increases the PID correction link to guarantee to enhance device speed control system stability and fast , accurate control of speed . Design analysis showed that the in lifting device speed control system , electro-hydraulic digital control technology is feasible, it will enable the lifting speed stability , faster response speed is theoretically possible to achieve zero speed error , so as to lead electrolytic setting sun pole board washing production line speed of the lifting device control system designed to provide a better control method , laid the theoretical foundation for improving production efficiency .
