Abstract

The main subject in order to solve the problem of the vibration of a precision mechanism, this vibration affects the performance of the institutions. The mechanism consists of curved plate with teeth, gears, bearings and other fitting. Curved plate driven by a gear around its own center to do the reciprocating movement of the radial displacement of the curved plate by six pairs of angular contact bearings fixed lateral displacement of by four deep groove ball bearings fixed. Institutions vibration may be due to the following: bearing misalignment, gear installation error, motor output, and their mutual incentive. This paper is mainly to solve the problems brought about by the bearing misalignment. Since the bearing presence installation error, the role of the curved plate bearing will have a certain amount of force and torque, and these forces and moments will affect the load distribution of a bearing, and the bearing load distribution is the main factor to affect the bearing dynamic performance and therefore the basis of this article contents bearing load distribution. The main content of this paper can be divided into three parts: First, static analysis, research bearing load distribution. This paper gives the definition of controllability defined torque bearings and have torque bearing controllable, and this corresponds to the definition of a controlled guidelines and controllable criteria 2. On this basis, the axial preload the torque-free bearings and the torque bearing load distribution derived axial preload bearings under controlled conditions, and the radial force, torque function relationship . Followed bearing dynamics analysis. Analysis of axial preload, radial force bearing modal; harmonic response analysis; to simulate transient analysis. The conclusions are summarized as follows: the local mode the impact of these forces on the rolling body, the low order mode than the higher order modes; the greater the ratio of the axial preload force and radial force, the more stable of the frequency curve; bearing radial axial preload make smaller amplitude; reduce the amplitude of the radial outer ring rotation will increase the axial preload. Finally, the installation error analysis, that is, before the application of two parts, the theoretical studies are needed to solve the problem in this topic. This part of the application spring equivalent bearing to simplify the model; analysis of a variety of installation error bearing force and determine the best installation of the bearing on the form; solving installation error bearing force relationship, and so as to arrive at the bearings can be control, axial preload and installation errors.
