Abstract

Mist lubrication technology as the a centralized lubrication manner , the current use of the occasion is more and more widely . But now the oil mist lubrication technology is not mature, so urgently need more in-depth study of oil mist lubrication theory and its lubrication law . Issues for field applications in condensed mechanism , the subject of a special experimental study and theoretical exploration . Based on Svendsen Luo liquid film thinning poly models and spray - aggregation model based on particle collision , the collision of two oil mist particles aggregation - model . Factors affecting particle aggregation flow boundary and particle collision . In order to study the impact of these two aspects of particle aggregation , designed and built the bench . Analysis of experimental data , the following conclusions: ( 1 ) flow boundary polymerization of experimental studies have shown a great degree of influence of flow boundary on the effect of particle aggregation . The best results when the pore size of particles polymerization 1.Omm-1.4mm for hole length continuously decreases with an increase in the condensation performance of the hole length , when reduced to a certain extent , and then with the hole ; increase in the length between the particles aggregate effect does not change the basic ; different boundary shape of the hole, there was a marked effect on the particle aggregation . (2) the particle impact velocity on the experimental study of the effect of particle aggregation , when particle collisions We = 0.0167 and 5.45 to 75.1 , mean particle size becomes larger , the distribution of particle size distribution of large particles increased significantly , indicating that particles collide , the particles can be aggregated together ; rebound We 0.0347 to 1.97 , the particles after the collision particle size did not change , particle collision ; when WE greater than 245 , the particle size was significantly smaller , With the increase in the speed of particle collision , the number of collisions We rupture increases to a certain value, the particle collision . Therefore , the oil mist particles obtained by experiment polymerization We 0.0167 and 5.45 to 75.1 .
