Abstract


In the product design process , designers can effectively found from the complex and diverse user needs in the design breakthrough in design research focus . Stage products basically have been able to meet people's basic needs , to create the user experience is a new direction in the development of product competitiveness , the face of this situation , we start from the user experience , the user needs to product attributes conversion method. This article summarizes the status of the home and abroad on the demand for the product attribute transformation methods research , analysis of the correspondence between user needs and product attributes , and sort out the transformation method based on the needs of the user experience to product attributes . All aspects of the experience by studying user attributes to meet user needs , product attributes , user experience and user demand analysis of its internal contact , draw the basic experience - based user needs into product attributes method ideas. First determine the basic user needs or expectations ; second step by the user to interact with the product process analysis to understand the various attributes of the product to meet customer needs , combined with user expectations , and to identify the key attributes that affect the user experience ; looking for third step enhance the user experience , to determine the product attributes to complete the requirements to the conversion of the property . Finally, based on user experience requirements elicitation method used in the product instance for verification .
