Abstract


Infectious substances belonging to \Its packaging in the form can not be divided by three packing groups in accordance with the traditional packaging of dangerous goods dangerous level . With the advancement of technology and the needs of the medical research , the transport of infectious substances increased year by year . Infectious substances due to the special nature of its management , its packaging, the use of imports, due to the lack of its product development and testing technology , resulting in a very irregular management of production, use and inspection of the type of packaging products . To solve this problem , it is necessary to carry out the study of infectious substances packaging product development and testing technology and standards . The purpose of this study is that by studying the characteristics and problems that need attention in transport of infectious substances , according to the international regulations of the United Nations Recommendations on the Transport of Dangerous Goods \abroad has infected material and packaging material , design and development of the infectious substances packaging products , the completion of the class A packaging products 2 sets , 5 sets of B class packaging products , the complete infectious substances packaging products . Performance indicators have reached or exceeded the international similar products , a wide range of use . The other purpose of this article is the combination of the International Air Transport IMDG well as the requirements of the World Health Organization infectious material transport , research in the detection of infectious substances packaging technology , and to determine the drop , puncture , airtight , hydraulic test method of detection technology , to develop national standards for infectious substances packaging testing two . To unify and standardize the inspection of infectious substances packaging .
