Abstract


The official documents are the products of the society. The rulers ofeach dynasty choose different kinds of documents to serve themselves according totheir needs. The injunctive documents always exist since it appeared, and now is themost powerful one among all the documents, which has something to do with itsfunction and characters. The thesis aims to study the contemporary injunctivedocuments, especially its structure and wording, through which we hope to help tomake the official writhing standardization. The thesis’s structure is like this:Chapter one will present the significance and importance of the officialdocuments’ study as well as the current situation of the investigation. In addition,this chapter will present the origin of the selected material.Chapter two will analyze the injunctive official documents as a whole. First, itwill present the process of its development; second, it will introduce the documents’types、characters and its boundaries in detail.Chapter three and four will discuss the structure of the title and the text interms of the linguistics. Chapters three mainly introduces the structure of the titleand the text and compare the injunctive documents with the similar documents.Chapter four will analyze the documents’ vocabulary、sentence、rhetoric and thelanguage form as well as the reasons with the knowledge of contemporary Chinese.Chapter five will make a conclusion of the demands of the injunctive officialwriting and the problem of the official writing which people should avoid.
