Abstract

The study included three experiments to explore the relationship between intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) and placental efficiency; production by intrauterine growth retardation (IUGR) resulting in growth retardation after birth piglets, by adding different substances, make The compensation growth; growth retardation meat quality traits and explore. Test: the relationship between IUGR and placental efficiency 355 (1-4 tires) normal estrus, breeding and childbirth large (YL), and growth (LY) dual sow as the research object, the sow placenta collected weighed weighing piglet birth weight and litter weight at birth, and record the litter size, number born alive, the number of stillbirths, mummies, and IUGR piglets and sow varieties and parity, and these The data were statistically analyzed. The results show that: the sow placenta higher the efficiency, the higher the litter size and number born alive, IUGR occurrence rate of the lower placental efficiency sows IUGR incidence of placental efficiency was significantly lower than the lowest sows (P lt; 0.05 ); sows born alive (P lt; 0.05) and IUGR incidence (P gt; 0.05), are higher than gilts; IUGR occurrence rate, the incidence of stillbirth and mummy incidence of litter size was a significant positive correlation (P lt; 0.05), and placental efficiency was negatively correlated (P gt; 0.05), and the of IUGR incidence of stillbirth, mummy incidence there is a correlation between. Conclusion: placental efficiency and sow litter size, number born alive was positively correlated with the incidence of IUGR, stillbirth and mummy negative correlation between placental efficiency higher litter size and the higher the number born alive , and the lower the frequency of occurrence of IUGR, stillbirth and mummy. To Test: impact of different additives on growth performance and serum physiological and biochemical indicators of growth retardation test 30 ± 2 days of age the same parity Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire weaned piglets 120, (including growth retardation piglets 105 Heads, normal piglets 15 heads). Normal piglets of group I, growth retardation piglets were randomly divided into 7 groups, repeated in groups of three, each repeated five. Section I, II for the control group fed a basal diet, group III fed the basal diet supplemented with 1% glutamine, Ⅳ group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 1% arginine, Section V group fed a basal date grain 0.17% sodium butyrate, Section VI group was fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1% oxytetracycline, Section VII were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.1% of oxytetracycline 0.17% sodium butyrate, Section VIII group fed a basal diet VB12 muscle monophosphate (intramuscular injection) for a trial period for 28 days, Determination of the pilot phase of growth retardation in growth performance, diarrhea rate and the first 14 d, 28 d serum physiological and biochemical indexes. The results show that: the control pig feed intake, daily gain than the control group, growth retardation increased 42.67% (P lt; 0.01), 52.27% (P lt; 0.01), feed conversion ratio decreased by 7.02% (P GT; 0.05), diarrhea rate reduced by 80.53% (P lt; 0.01) diets supplemented with glutamine, arginine and sodium butyrate can improve growth retardation feed intake and daily gain (P lt; 0.01) , lower feed conversion (P lt; 0.01) and diarrhea rate (P LT; 0.01), serum ALP activity, accelerate the material transport, protein synthesis and fat digestion and absorption, and serum total protein, albumin, globulin, high density lipoprotein, increased triglycerides, urea nitrogen to reduce the same. Conclusion: IUGR piglets after weaning compared with normal piglets grow slowly, and diarrhea rate on the synthesis of protein and fat digestion and absorption is also weak, adding glutamine in the diet, arginine and sodium butyrate can significantly increase growth stunting the piglet feed intake and daily gain, lower feed conversion and diarrhea rates, improve the activity of enzymes in the serum, and strengthen the digestion of protein synthesis and lipids absorption. Experiment 3: growth retardation test on meat quality traits growth retardation Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire crossbred finishing pigs 40. In accordance with the weight to reach 80kg required growth time is divided into five groups of eight. Are grown for 22 weeks for group I (control group), 24 weeks for the II group, 26 weeks for group III, 28 weeks of group IV, 30 weeks for the first group Ⅴ, all dealing with pigs fed the same diet, slaughter after taking longissimus muscle on meat quality analysis. The results show that: in the 80 kg weight case, the growth rate of the slower backfat thicker the longissimus muscle dry matter, crude protein, intramuscular fat, inosine monophosphate, the higher the content of myoglobin, loin eye area and loss water rate. Conclusion: growth retardation pig slow growth, low feed conversion, but can improve meat quality traits.
