Abstract


Xinjiang province is capital area of animal husbandry in our country.In recent years, along with the cow reproduction improvement technology and the embryonic implantation technology promotion,dairy cattle obstetric disease also increased with it,dairy cattle with retained placenta account for the quite great proportion,has brought the huge economic loss for the cow industry. Therefore,this experiment in view of the Shihezi area dairy cattle with retained placenta morbidity and reason,developed a kind of able to highly effective,safty,convenient,traditional Chinese medicine characteristic animal medicine.In order to investigate the high incidence of retained placenta and morbidity characteristics of the law, made a reasonable preventive measures.The different factors relation with retained placenta.According to the traditional Chinese medicine theory had made Yizhikang powders.It with the main components of Dragon’s Blood,Peach Kernel, Safflower, Angelica Sinensis, Cochinchina Momordica Seed, Ground Beetle, Herba Leonuri etc.Observes this medicine acute toxicity test and accumulation toxicity test. Uses simplifies the invader type law to measure that the median lethal doses (LD50), appraises Yizhikang powders by the LD50 achievement; accumulation toxicity test to used the incremental method to fill the stomach to the medicine.And from haemorheological Indexes, oxygen free radical and the nitrogen monoxide free radical change to elaborate the mechanism of Yizhikang powders treated dairy cattle with retained placenta.to further confirm the quality to be stable reasonably, has carried out the clinical curative effect experiment.Findings: Average retained placenta disease incidence rate is 21.49% in Shihezi area,the retained placenta had relation with calving season,different fetus,calf sexuality,gravidity days,calf body weight, perverse labor.The traditional Chinese medicine‘Yizhikang powders’to endure the multiple most greatly for cow dosage 200 times, this medicine accumulation toxicity k>5.28, according to accumulation toxicity evaluation criteria this medicine is security. There was large decrease amplitude in the indexes (whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, whole blood viscosity reduction viscosity, ESR, ESR equation k value, fibrinogen content,platelet aggregation rate, RBC deformability IF value) of treated dairy cattle with retained placenta. By t test, the indexes, with the exception of hematocrit, decreased significantly after treatment (p<0.05) and reached the status of post partum healthy cows. The haemorheological indexes didn’t change significantly in the control group before and after treatment. Yizhikang powder could significantly improved blood flow state and reduced the occurrence of qi stagnation and blood stasis in perinatal period. From the oxygen free radical and the nitrogen monoxide free radical change to dispersed retained placenta. retained placenta The results demonstrated that Yizhikang powder treatment significantly decreased malondialdehyde contents at 2、4 and 7 d, as well as nitric oxide content s at 1 to 10d of postpartum dairy cows with retained placenta. Thus Yizhikang powder therapy can significantly improve the maladjustment of oxygen free radical and nitric oxide free radical metaboly of postpartum dairy cows displaying retained placenta.In the clinical trial, the total effectiveness is 91.40%, but same time western medicine treatment control group effectiveness is 81.48%, after taking medicine the treatment, oestrus effectiveness is in 94.25%,3 sentiment times breeds conception rate 85.91%, the western medicine treatment control group respectively is 86.59% and 78.79%.Indicated that Yizhikang powders were better than western medicine.
