Abstract


In recent years, international community have been throwing in a great deal of manpower, material resources to carry on a research to the deeply cold processing. The quenching process assistance with the way of the deeply cold processing was considered as a kind of new important craft procedure for changing nature of product. There were many documentations which have researched the strengthening mechanism, but calculating in computer was never studied.This article describes the M24 screw tap in the basis of hot processing of manufactory, two kinds of main thought for deeply cold processing and the experiment of measuring W9Mo3Cr4V material heat conductivity,specific heat and temperature field in hypothermy. The imitation was in response to test parameters, directly coupling using ANSYS software. Follow-up analysis in the imitation of deeply cold processing was done after accomplishing quenching process for temperature field and stress analysis. Throughout the whole imitation, the projecting part was that deeply cold processing was the resume of quenching process, the credibility and the accuracy of emulation were promised possibly.A set of mature, stable and simple operation for forecasting temperature pattern and stress analysis will be generalized to other similar products according with the success of the M24 screw tap quenching process and deeply cold processing. Furthermore, calculating in computer will promote the technology of the dummy production and manufacturing.
