The thesis is divided into two parts, the the bromine triphenylamine radical the positive ions hexachloroplatinate antimoniate ( TBPA . Sup > ) Hans ester aromatic ring of nitric oxide ( NO ) and reaction Allenic . Part I: a brief introduction to the basic knowledge of the coenzyme NADH model compounds , as Biomimicry reductant , and the coenzyme NADH model compounds Hans ester 1,4 - dihydropyridine (HEH) aromatic ring research . To the positive ions hexachoroantimonate of Bromotriphenylamine radicals as the oxidant , to achieve a higher yield HEH aromatic ring . Thereby providing a convenient and efficient method of preparing an aromatic heterocyclic compound pyridine . Part II: brief NO is an important biological role , outlines the mechanism by the Louis J.Ignarro, FeridMurad and Robert F. Furchgott three Nobel Laureate NO as vascular endothelial relaxation factor (EDRF) and biological significance , summed NO 100 years to make the chemical nature of research achievements , summarized NO nature of the acts in the course of chemical reactions . In addition, a brief preliminary study of the of Radical Reactions Allenic well by the reaction of NO with Allenic .
