China 's urban construction and urban renewal every year to produce large amounts of construction waste . Construction waste recycling made ??of perforated bricks to China 's sustainable development strategy , and has multiple benefits of social , economic, environmental . However , as a new type of wall materials , recycled concrete porous brick truly applied to actual engineering , must establish a complete system mechanics theory . This article is undertaken on the basis of the early material test . Compression of recycled concrete brick by shear test are mainly the following aspects : ( 1 ) axial compressive loading of masonry to explore the performance of its compressive deformation and failure characteristics and strength theory , at the same time raised the compressive strength of the proposed formula . (2) by regression analysis of the experimental data obtained recycled concrete brick compressive stress - strain curve recommended formula ; calculated using the recommended formula derived the modulus of elasticity of recycled concrete brick . ( 3) Research on the shear masonry , obtained shear failure characteristics , shear strength ; shear strength formula of the regression analysis , and put forward the recommended formula . ( 4) Based on the test results , the recycled concrete brick reliability analysis, given the resistance of recycled concrete masonry statistical parameters , obtained the reliability of the structure to meet the requirements of β ≥ 3.7 . The development and utilization of recycled concrete porous brick , not only to solve the problem of a large number of construction waste accumulation also disabled as ordinary clay brick to bring a series of questions and provides a workaround . The means of the analysis of this paper is based on an experimental basis , recycled concrete porous brick masonry shear mechanical test , can not only help us to a comprehensive understanding of a variety of mechanical properties of recycled concrete brick , promote to promote the use of this new type of wall materials , but also provide recycled concrete the porous brick product standards and technical regulations for the preparation of the experimental and theoretical basis .
