Abstract


1970s , worldwide began a study of urban color planning , urban color planning more and more attention , many cities in a bid to create a distinctive urban color landscape . Accounted for about 30% of the residential land in the city for the urban landscape , the color of the residential areas are often in the form presented relative overall impact of urban color landscape . The color design of the modern urban residential area , however , are trying to pursue their own characteristics , but due to lack of awareness of urban color overall and color misconduct , but similar district inseparable condition of the urban the color landscape blending ( color ) and chaotic phenomena , such confused and differences and diversity are essentially distinction . The former is not effective use of color principles to create a good urban color landscape . Residential area color a lot , but they are to stay in the main building and color microscopic aspects . In this paper, the color of the residential areas of special research , another new dimension to color , from residential areas constitute a way to explore the creation of a city landscape features . That a whole constitute urban color landscape effect analysis , control and evaluation of the residential area color . Relying on urban the color planning theory , color geography , color science , environmental psychology and related disciplines , and discusses the important influence of the color of the residential areas of the city color landscape ; put forward the idea of the color group and Discrimination connotation of the color group , and epitaxial ; analysis a residential area color group of visual effects , behavioral effects . And the use of field research and literature analysis of two different geographical agglomeration residential building color way the analysis summarized summed maternal repeat , color collection , the main material color hue gathered five color groups , with the shape transposition formation ; from both tradition and innovation , summed up the residential area color group specific control practices , such as the protection of the color group , update , innovative , implantable ; evaluation system and raised the quality of the color group , 14 evaluation indicators and evaluation methods .
