Abstract

With the speeding up of China’s urbanization,urban tourism broke out hitherto unknown potential and vitality, to tourist, city almost become the first perceived location before or in traveling, and the first impression after traveling.Because the geography space of city and tourism resources are limited after all, it is difficult to form large scale traditional tourism attraction, which resulted in the imbalance between supply and demand of city tourism market is becoming more and more serious.Tourist district often become an important breakthrough in city tourism development with its rich cultural heritage, unique architectural features and highly complex tourism function, and has become one of the decisive factors about city tourism experience effect. This study from the theoretical view of the city renewal, city system, tourism geography, cognition, summarized the definition system of tourism district, through the combination of theory and practice, established the evaluation system of tourists’ perceived value in urban district by combining theory and practice, made empirical analysis about the tourism district in Wuhan,and proposes the strategy of future development of Wuhan tourism district finally.The research process are follows:①From the perspective of my own research interests,combined with observation and thinking in practice,through the literature review and the induction,determining this subject in the end.②In the foundation of understanding urban tourism research comprehensively at home and abroad, research systematically on urban tourism districts and tourist perceived value,find out suitable theoretical analysis views.and defines the related concepts, summarized the definition and classification of tourism district.③Based on the perspective of city renewal, city system and tourism geography, from the follow three aspects:the space layout,the historical and cultural value, the characteristics of tourism development,examines and analyzes the developmental current situation of tourism district in Wuhan, to lay the foundation for further empirical analysis.④Based on the analysis in the literature, learn from other relevant research results, combined with this research purpose and perspective, designing questionnaire and taking Wuhan tourism district as the empirical object, to collect the first-hand data by questionnaires.⑤Based on the theoretical analysis and empirical data, established the evaluation system of tourists’perceived value in urban district by using system clustering analysis method.⑥Using the evaluation system, evaluate the Wuhan tourism district by entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.⑦Based on the current situation and evaluation,sum up the problems about the tourism district in Wuhan,and put forward related recommendations and countermeasures through research conclusion,and put forward a specific countermeasure to the future development of tourism district in Wuhan.The study conclusion are follows:①Tourist district is an important support for urban tourism development.It plays an important role in rich experience and prolong the staying of tourists.②The basic attraction and humanistic care have became two important aspects of tourism district development, no matter how the development of tourism district, it cannot leave the existing parent-tourism district itself has, in the other, tourists are seeking to the psychological satisfaction by traveling increasingly.③It exist asymmetry that between the perception of tourists and development of tourism district.It knows that the cultural projects building is in a shallow level after all, its connotation has not been thoroughly demonstrated, there is a little effective communication and exchange between the supply side and demand side.④The level of tourists’ expect to tourism district become higher and higher.The traditional sightseeing tourism has been unable to meet the needs of tourists,the high level of tourism experience,like physical and mental relaxation, the improving of self-confidence, communication ability and the growth of knowledge are more and more concerned by tourists, which has become one key factors of the evaluation of tourism districts by tourists.⑤The hardware construction is more important than software construction about tourism district. Tourists generally higher their efforts in the building of tourism district, that is the hardware of tourism district, but they haves low recognition degree about the building of tourist districts’ auxiliary elements, namely the software of tourism district.
