Abstract

Repeated earthquake damage surveys show that the the buildings collapsed destruction is a major source of casualties and property losses , the collision is one of the important causes of the collapse of buildings destroyed in the strong structure collision studies to become one of the important subject of earthquake engineering . To prevent structural collapse the collision destruction and control structure must be structural collision research . This article is that this attempt the research object temporarily limited to the earthquake off the beam and the structure of the collision . The structure of the collision numerical simulation of two difficulties : setting up and solving the collision model selection and collision system power control equation . This paper summarizes the existing structure collision research data , and the advantages and disadvantages of several major collision model , the choice of the Hertz-damp model can describe the collision stiffness nonlinearity and collision energy loss . First, can give the exact solution of elastic response mode superposition method , combined with Hertz-damp model off collision beams and structural dynamic equations , and Duhamel integral method for the numerical solution of the comparison result, existing data satisfactory verification Hertz-damp model simulation results . Then , based on the finite element method , derived collision displacement constraints , the dynamic equations can be used in the general structure of the collision . Rigid body motion and finite element hybrid algorithm to deal with the deformation of the large displacement of the free bar , and utilize these theoretical preparation program , got off the beam and the structure crash simulation simple visual results . In this paper, the numerical simulation of collision of the earthquake off the beam structure , provide for the the structure collapsed destruction research methods and theoretical support , but also to reduce the structural impact damage some reference to the proposed .
