To this end, the study in 2008-2009 in the main producing areas of Shaanxi Apple Baishui , Joe of Quality of Fuji apples , orchard , field investigations of different planting at the same time , altitude , and pollination , bagging and different mining closing the deal with the impact on the quality of Fuji apple determination analysis . The main results are as follows : 1 , Baishui existing Fuji apple with Joe systematic cultivation -based Apple intrinsic quality is better , higher soluble solids content ; However, the lower the quality of the fruit appearance , the commodity rate is not high , fruit skew serious poor , uneven coloring of the fruit surface and finish . Altitude significant effect on fruit firmness , soluble solids and Vc content with the altitude to improve and increase the intrinsic quality of Fuji apple ; within the range of 740-1100m above sea level , the altitude of the fruit weight , fruit shape index and anthocyanin content other less affected. Different cultivation methods ( Joe of , dwarfing , spur ) had a significant effect on the Fuji apple quality the the Joe of cultivated fruit firmness , spur type cultivated fruit color . Different pollinated varieties Fuji apple quality , but no significant effect on fruit weight and fruit shape index . 4 Fuji apple fruit bagging can improve fruit coloration , increased fruit surface finish , increased fruit commodity rate is an important technical measures to improve the quality of the goods of Fuji apples . Harvest period has an important impact on fruit quality , fruit size , soluble solids content of the most obvious effects .
