Abstract


With the acceleration of the process of economic development and urbanization of Chinese cities , more and more profound understanding urban transport problems have an impact on a wide range of socio-economic problems of urban traffic is imperative . This thesis is based on related literature research , from development mode selection and system evaluation study integrated transport system in China's major cities , aims to play a theoretical guidance for the actual production . In this paper, a systematic analysis of the basic method , the first comprehensive analysis of a comprehensive urban transportation system , including system structure , function and role and influence of urban space analysis , environmental impact analysis ; based on four phases reviewed since the founding of the course of the development of China 's urban transportation , compared with foreign developed urban traffic system and the traffic conditions of major cities in China , analyzing the existing problems of China 's largest city traffic , mainly in urban transport infrastructure , traffic irrational structure of and the low level of traffic management , etc. , for the existing problems , from increased transportation infrastructure , optimize the traffic structure and enhance traffic management in three aspects , the development model of integrated transport system in China's large cities , the specific development strategy ; combined with the study of the process of the development of urban transport management institution-building , policy formulation and regulations of construction and Transportation Research and dynamic planning mechanism safeguards the security system of our comprehensive urban transportation system development model . Systematic evaluation based on systematic reviews of purpose , meaning , and index selection principle to establish a the city comprehensive transportation system evaluation index system established each index calculation and evaluation standards , the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the various indicators of weights individual indicators and comprehensive evaluation method using fuzzy math means making a calculation software , as a case study to verify the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed evaluation method .
