Abstract


At present, the normal concrete is widely used in the bridge deck pavement, but with the increasing of traffic volume and heavy vehicle, the deterioration of bridge deck pavement such as longitudinal, lateral and diagonal cracks as well as chuckhole, crackle and peeling, is so severe that the maintenance period is becoming shorter and shorter, traffic accident is more and more frequent.As steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) is a kind of new constructional material and possesses many perfect performances such as favorable crack resistance, flexural toughness, high impact resistance performances and so on, More and more effort has been done to apply SFRC in projects of bridge, tunnel and so on. Although Steel fiber reinforced concrete can overcome many disadvantages and insufficiencies of plain concrete, the cost of which is comparatively higher and therefore its application is restrained. Combined with the Nan Yang Bai He bridge project, the properties and mechanical characteristics of SFRC, the building technology of bridge deck pavement and the temperature field was studied in this paper. The principal conclusions are as follows:Two kinds of steel fiber and five kinds of volume rate are studied primarily. And then through the experimental study on compressive strength, tensile splitting strength, bending strength, shear strength and elasticity strength of two kinds of SFRC, the impact of the kinds of Steel fiber and volume rate on the mechanical performance is analyzed. Then the optimal mix ratio of SFRC, which may be used as technical sustainment, is determined by the method of illegible judgment.By the method of the three-dimensioned finite unit analysis under the non-linearity temperature field, the temperature stress of the model is shown to control the temperature action.As so many extensive technical applications of SFRC are supplied to bridge deck pavement in the thesis, it owns significant theoretical value and all-important instructional significance and practical value for engineering practice.
