Abstract

This study with different concentrations of plant growth regulators to handle grape fruit at different times, by the form of the test during fruit development indicators, physiological and biochemical indicators, to explore the relationship between the effect of the use of grape growth regulators as well as glucose metabolism, provide a reference for the production practice. The test in 2007 in 83 mass mu red grape of the Fifth Agricultural Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps base, selected growth consistent vineyards, tree vigor robust tree specification, no pests 6-year-old red globe grapes (Vitis vinifera L.cv.Red Globe) as test materials, spacing of 1m × 4m, trellises and pergolas. After flowering before fruit flower 5d 3d and spend 10d on Spike evenly spraying once GA3 ,6-BA of GA3 6-BA, zeatin measured aspect diameter berry red globe grape fruit growth process, titratable acid, soluble sugar and sugar metabolism enzyme activity and fruit quality single grain weight, soluble solids, total sugar, total acid changes in the indicators, these types of growth regulators on grape berry growth and quality of research affect the results show that: the grapes during fruit development berry longitudinal diameter of gibberellin and 6-BA mixed processing (T12: 30ppmGA3 10ppm6-BA) of the most obvious gibberellin treatment (T3: 40ppm), then the processing of the 6-BA (T10: 30ppm), zeatin treatment (T15: 200 times). Containing gibberellin treatment a significant role in promoting of berry vertical diameter. Ripe fruit, fruit shape index, mixed processing T12 ideal processing fruit longitudinal diameter and the Fruit Weight change basic. Fruit growth and development process in sugar metabolism related enzyme's activity after treatment been improved significantly, fruit sugar accumulation therefore be appropriate: the impact of sugar's major embodied in turn color phase, accelerated sugar accumulation rate, improve the sugar content. T12 (30ppmGA3 compared to the high fructose compared to glucose fructose content in fruit ripening higher gibberellin treatment T1 (20ppm) ,6-BA T10 (30 ppm), mixed treatment in early fruit development of glucose content 10ppm6-BA) and zeatin treatment T16 (300-fold), four deal with the most significant, the same sucrose content increased significantly early in fruit development and turn color period, to maintain a higher level in the latter, but the difference was not significant. 3, plant growth regulators organic acids in grape fruit is mainly reflected in the early fruit development and maturity. In the early stages of fruit development, each processing organic acids in fruit, some processing to achieve very significant level; differences in fruit maturation process is not obvious, but the fruit is fully mature, almost the entire processing decreased fruit organic acids the content and gibberellin treatment T1 (20ppm) ,6-BA treatment T9 (20ppm), a mixed deal with T11 (20ppmGA3 10ppm6-BA) and zeatin T15 (200-fold) compared to the control the difference reached a significant level. 4, various processing of grape fruit soluble solids content and sugar acid ratio has significantly improved, and with the treatment concentration increased, plant growth regulators can increase the sugar content of the fruit, organic acids reduce content, which can improve the quality of the fruit, gibberellin treatment T3 (40 ppm), 6-BA treatment T10 (30 ppm), a mixed treatment T11 (20ppmGA3 10ppm6-BA), zeatin T16 (300-fold) the most significant.
