Abstract

For a better understanding of exogenous plant growth regulators balance between fruit quality impact and plant hormone In this experiment, six students Red Globe grapes (Red Globe) as test material using GA3 ,6-BA of GA3 6 -BA, zeatin four different plant growth regulators, and the processing of different concentrations, growth and development of a dynamic and quality formation of berries, endogenous hormone content in the dynamic study, the following conclusions: 1, plant growth regulators agent treatment, to a certain extent, promote the growth and development of the fruit. Normal fruit growth performance of the S-shaped curve, rigid deformed fruit growth leveling off in the growth and development stage, from early fruit development during ripening, pulp cells almost did not happen enlargement is rigid, stagnant growth state. 2, after a certain concentration of gibberellin processing, cause the size tablets phenomenon appears red globe grape, berry always in the green state, which seriously affected the quality of the appearance of the fruit; exogenous plant growth regulator treatment changed Red Earth fruit, fruit shape, fruit shape index is greater than 1, berry exhibit longitudinal diameter greater than the transverse diameter; 3 d 5 d before flowering (May 22, 2011), and after full bloom (June 2, 2011) on the Hong Globe grapes treated, 50 mg / kg GA3 treatment more significant increase fruit single grain weight, increase yield and improve fruit quality; concentration of 30 mg / kg grain weight of 6-BA promote fruit fresh weight and soluble solid material than the 10 mg / kg and 20mg/kg significantly; improve fruit quality, zeatin no significant effect. Endogenous hormones reference TURAL enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), were measured in normal fruit and rigid deformed fruit after processing of IAA, ZR, ABA, GA3. 23 d-30 d normal fruits and control fruits after flowering auxin content has a peak, rigid deformed fruit throughout the growing process IAA content lower than normal fruit and control; the ZR content within the fruit trend with IAA; normally the overall trend of the ABA content in the fruit three times the peak shape changes appeared around 23 d after full bloom, 51 d and fruit ripening period and early fruit development ABA content than ABA content in mature fruit; the rigid deformity fruit in early stage of fruit development, ABA content showed a low level, then gradually increased, but no significant variation; GA3 content was normal fruit regularity trend, showed two obvious peak, except for the source zeatin treatment, other processing showed the peak for the first time less than a second peak after two peak appeared twice on fruit enlargement has some influence. Gibberellin causes red globe grape fruit size tablets phenomenon. Lead to the rigid deformity fruit generated reasons: on the one hand may be associated with pollination and fertilization; view the other hand, from the hormone levels, the rigid deformed fruit to promote cell division and expansion of IAA, ABA and ZR content is lower than CK, and Throughout the process of growth and development in the slow stagnation, up to a level of less than normal growth and development of the fruit, and thus the long-term in a young fruit without shedding rigid deformed fruit.
