The salinization of Chinese is serious, improving and making full use of saline land is veryimportant. Breeding salt-tolerant plant varieties is one of the effective menthods to use the salineland, Studying the physiological response of the Wu Tun Yang in salinity drought stress is toprovide some theoretical basis for breeding salt-tolerant new varieties of poplar.Wu Tuen Yang and the Holland Young potted in the spring are used to determine theendogenous hormone changes of poplar spears apoplast, combining with microdialysistechnique and high performance liquid chromatography, under NaCl concentration (0,200,300mmol/L) stress.The fluorescent parameters response of Wu Tuen Yang、Holland Young andXinjiang Yang are determined by LI-6400photosynthesis system in salinization drought stressresponse; It confirmes that the poplar spears cells are whether damaged after Microdialysis probeinserted into the spears cells. The cultivation effect of Wu Tun Yang introducted the southernXinjiang is evaluated. The research results show that,Microdialysis probe is inserted into thepoplar spears really damage their cells, it confirms that collecting dialysate is not pure apoplasticsap at the beginning of a period of time; ABA content in Wu Tuen Yang and the Holland Youngspears apoplastic increased, other hormone decreased; ABA accumulation under salt stress ofhigh concentrations is greater than the ABA accumulation under salt stress oflow concentrations;Wu Tuen Young’s salt balance coefficient is less than the Holland Young; CTK and IAA, CTKand GA, IAA and GA of the two poplar are significantly correlated. Wu Tuen Young’s salttolerance is stronger than Holland Young ’s.Poplar PS Ⅱprimary photochemical efficiencyFv/Fm decreased and initial fluorescence (Fo)elevated under salinity drought stress, the poplarslight system damage under the stress.PSⅡprimary photochemical efficiency Fv/Fm reductiontrend and the initial fluorescence (Fo) improvement trend of Wu Tuen Yang、Holland Young andXinjiang Yang are not significantly different under low salinity drought stress, the trend issignificantly different under the severe salinity drought stress.
