Abstract

In order to improve the economic and social benefits of the railway passenger , for a long time around the world has been to improve the speed of passenger trains as the preferred measures . The drive system as the power unit to meet the needs of the locomotive EMU to high - speed , high-power development has become an inevitable trend . The bogie drive unit with a mature application at home and abroad to carry out an in - depth analysis , combined with China 's industrial base , the 200km / h speed rating locomotive overall drive system structure of the program ; determined by train traction system of the drive shaft power and motor model in this paper, the six-bar hollow shaft in the gear box inside the structure , and then come to the drive system for each axis of motion and power parameters ; pursuant to initially set the transmission gear drive system , the drive shaft of the structural parameters and bearing model ; form of shaft disc brake , and motion analysis and stiffness analysis . To address the high - speed bogie hollow shaft rotation speed , drive and braking torque withstand large coupling structure at small space conflicts, the crown wheel coupling structure . The same time, the key technologies of the drive system . Discussed finite element software ANSYS contact strength of gear tooth root bending strength, mechanical strength of the hollow shaft and bearing fit tolerance were analyzed ; motor bearing arrangement on bearing life and gear strength from a quantitative point of view ; load distribution on the crown wheel contact state ; rigid body dynamics software the SIMPACK drive system modal analysis .
