Abstract


EMU as a complete passenger line transport production tasks, the most important mobile devices, the purchase cost and the maintenance cost is high, accounting for a large proportion in the the passenger dedicated equipment investment, improve efficiency in the use of EMU can reduce the number of EMU use to reduce operational costs There are important. However, the passenger line in China of EMUs research is still in the exploratory stage, do not form a mature theory and off-the-shelf EMU use planning system. The passenger line management mode, the speed target value, line conditions, a variety of equipment and its maintenance, and other foreign high-speed railway and the Existing Line are quite different, and therefore can not fully learn from foreign or existing lines Locomotive Diagram way of preparation Passenger Line EMU group use planning. In this paper, our passenger the green transport characteristics, issues related to the use of a planning system analysis and study of the EMU. Accompanied by the construction of the expansion of the passenger line, the continuous adjustment of the mode of transport, the use of the preparation of EMU will face some new issues, we conducted a preliminary study. Work and conclusions of this study to determine the use of management and improve efficiency to provide decision support EMU, the computer preparation of EMUs plan, the practical and theoretical research value.
