Abstract


A brief introduction on the current market conditions of loaders , compared introduces and analyzes the performance characteristics of the hydraulic system of the main products on the market at the same time , and focus on the introduction of the new hydraulic system - pump control variable system loader application program : univariate split hydraulic system , variable quantitative confluence system , full variable confluence system . The detailed development background of various programs , the principle , design calculations , as well as a summary of the advantages and disadvantages of the system . Especially single variable home hydraulic system , using a center of development and production of the most advanced LS-BKS series piston pump , in my company's ZL30 ZL50 product , be successfully applied , so that the efficiency of the system of the host and the whole work the performance is a qualitative improvement , reducing oil temperature of the system , the energy saving performance of the product have been significantly improved . Now my company ZL30B-Ⅲ loader has entered the stage of mass production , the market responded well to the competitiveness of our products in domestic and foreign markets has been greatly improved .
