Abstract


Asphalt pavement milling machine for circular pothole is a new asphalt roadmaintenance machinery, which can directly mill the regular shape, perpendicular to the edgeof the circular pits, meanwhile it has simple structure and high efficiency, and easy tooperate.However, there is no similar prototype we can learn from all over the world. Most ofthe major working equipments of the new machine are driven by the hydrauliccomponents.Therefore, the hydraulic system is one of the important systems of the machine.In this paper, the main task is to study and design a hydraulic system, which can meet thefunctional and performance requirements, to achieve the main work, which also implementthe concept of efficient and energy-saving design.Firstly, this paper analyzes the functional and performance requirements of the millingmachine, and the operating device for the hydraulic system, and defines the ideas of thisdesign.Secondly, access to learning a lot of literatures and information on hydraulic andelectro-hydraulic control, starting from the hydraulic support system designed to meet therequirements of each system, after the synthesis and optimization, this paper completes thedesign of the whole hydraulic system. This paper calculates and selects the appropriate typeand model of important hydraulic elements such as hydraulic pump and motor.Again, the paper deeply studies two key issues of the hydraulic system of the circularpits milling machine, and in order to make full use of engine energy, it takes the constantpower control of the milling device to ensure the efficient operation of the machine. In orderto meet the high-low speed and accurate positioning requirements of chassis walking system,the paper designs a two-way volume control variables closed circuit with a better energysaving.Lastly, in view of the importance of the real conditions of the limitations as well asmobile machinery to walk, so the paper chooses the hydrostatic system to do the SimulationModeling and Analysis, and also probes effects of internal and external parameters of systemon the speed. Then the paper takes advantage of AMESim to test and verify. According to theactual situation, the paper proposes some ways to improve the response of speed. By design, calculation, simulation and modify, the complete hydraulic system can meetthe functional requirements of the circular pit milling machine, and has practical, efficient,energy-saving performance characteristics.
