Abstract

The Longdong Begonia change \By Wilson in 1904 in the western region of Sichuan collected specimens, Rehder in 1915, it is described as a variant of flowers \Becomes \Make use of apple rootstocks, with strong resistance, semi-dwarf, high yield and improve fruit quality and good traits, it is extremely the apple rootstock important resources. The morphological characteristics of the variable \The morphological type stress resistance showing a significant difference is Malus plants with a variety of high-resistance type of apple germplasm resources is extremely important. Therefore, the study the change \The change \The field survey shows that, in the the change \brought together in southern Gansu, manifested as the geographic kinship; differentiation performance of its distribution to the geographic alternative (containing vertical alternative), referred to as alternative species. In addition, analysis of AFLP and origins of change \of Longdong Begonia Total; (2) becomes the Ringo \This explains the change Ye Haitang AFLP bands from flower \But these studies for a change Ye Haitang origin has not been a clear conclusion, which greatly limits the development and utilization of variable Ye Haitang germplasm resources. In this paper, we collected from the western Sichuan Aba Autonomous Prefecture Barkam Ke River and Aba three variants of \spacer) sequencing analysis. The results show that: (1) in order to M. angustifolia Michx. , M. ioensis Britt. And M. doumeri Chev. Phylogenetic tree for the outgroup build system changed Ye Haitang are three kinds of research, only one can not form a monophyletic species containing two six individuals in the the change \types of ITS sequences, these ITS sequences and spend Ye Haitang or Longdong Begonia clustered into one; (2) change \Therefore, the results of this study support the evidence on the basis of morphological and AFLP change \And for future research Malus hybridization, polyploid origin and evolution provide important information.
