The heavy metal lead is a potential environmental pollutants , causing more and more attention in recent years . This paper focuses on abscisic acid (ABA) to improve the mechanism of resistance to rice lead capacity , in order to alleviate the toxic effects of lead on Rice expectations by applying exogenous ABA . Play an active role in the ABA as an endogenous plant hormones in a series of physiological responses to abiotic stress of plants resistant to ultraviolet rays , drought , cold , salt . But not yet reported exogenous ABA on the effect and mechanism of the plant 's role in the long-term lead stress environment . Rice Nanjing 40 varieties (Oryza sativa L. cv. Nanjing40) for test and research exogenous ABA 0.25mM Pb stress on seed germination and seedling growth in its physiological and biochemical changes , the study results show that : ① The 0 . the rice seedlings 1mg/LABA pretreatment 48 h can alleviate the injury of Pb on seedling growth , slowing the Pb stress caused by the decline of chlorophyll content ; ② the ABA pretreatment to improve the ability of the resistance to rice Pb stress H 2 sub > O 2 sub > content there is some connection , by causing plants of H 2 sub > O 2 sub > metabolism related enzymes SOD , CAT and APX activity change , such that H 2 sub > O 2 sub > content is maintained at a certain level , causing rice on Pb stress response ; ③ rice roots play an important role in the resistance to Pb stress by raising root oxidation ability to stop Pb to aboveground transportation . In growth ( 4 ) as osmolytes proline content did not increase in the mitigation of rice seedlings , indicating 0.25mM Pb long - term stress , osmotic stress is not a major poison . ⑤ Pb stress the seed germ growth inhibitory effect was not obvious , but radicle growth was inhibited significantly ; the exogenous ABA seed germination under Pb Stress exist low and promote high suppression effect .
