Abstract

Systematic investigation of the first anniversary of the trial of several pollution prevention and control measures Monochamus handling areas and control within the non-target arthropod community. Community, sub-community, functional group for the study, Monochamus species richness, number of individuals, the diversity index static and dynamic analysis, and community similarity analysis, and forest control effect, each action a comprehensive evaluation. Species of non-target arthropods, non-target arthropods and 15 orders, 94 families, 261 species were found in the survey of the number of individuals, 10301. Lepidoptera, Coleoptera, Hymenoptera, with the Hymenoptera, Diptera, Hemiptera and Araneae dominant mesh. Tree layer and shrub species of herbaceous layer is similar to the vertical stratification, litter layer of soil medium Hemiptera, Hymenoptera, Blattodea number of insects. Entomogenous fungi fewer, mainly present in the tree layer of soil and litter layer. Control and processing areas of non-target arthropods Species, the comparison of the number of individuals: lure wood and bassiana joint use area and lure wood lure bassiana non-woven non-woven bacteria bacteria bar used in combination District difference is more obvious. Compared with the control, the total number of species increased by 2.10% and 1.26%, a slight increase in the total number of individuals, number of species of natural enemies increased by 8.82% and 10.78%, herbivorous insect groups decreased, predatory insects The number of taxa species has increased by 25.93% and 33.33%, used alone bassiana non-woven bacteria bar area and lure with bassiana non-woven bacteria joint use area with the control difference is very small. Community diversity reflects to some extent the stability of forest communities, greater species diversity indices, the stronger the feedback system, the stronger the buffering effect of changes in the environment or from within the community population fluctuations. The treatment and control of diversity index calculation processing area slightly increased compared with the control. Lure wood bassiana bacteria strip joint use of non-woven and lure wood lure bassiana non-woven bacteria joint use area, in the community, the Asian community, or functional groups diversity index greater than the control. From the dynamic point of departure, handling areas and control non-target arthropod species richness, number of individuals, diversity index for dynamic analysis, the results show: the control and treatment area non-target arthropod species richness, individual number, diversity index anniversary showed the same trend, but the lure wood bassiana non-woven bacteria strip joint use of and lured wood, lure bassiana non-woven bacteria strip joint use of two processing zones change slightly eased, and most of the time, compared with the control and other treatment area slightly larger. Description from the entire time series in this treatment area community structure is more stable and reasonable ecological effect is more obvious. To clear control and processing the difference between the non-target arthropod community composition and structure, calculated and analyzed the similarity coefficient between them. The results show that the high similarity between the control and processing between the treatments, especially lure wood bassiana joint use and lure wood lure bassiana non-woven non-woven bacteria bacteria strip joint use of two between the treatment of and Beauveria bassiana non-woven bacteria bar alone and lure bassiana non-woven the bacteria used in combination greater similarity coefficient between the two treatments, respectively, 0.9412 and 0.9234. Sub-communities and the similarity of the functional groups also showed a similar trend. The target forest pest control effect Comprehensive Evaluation: control and treatment comparison between Monochamus populations, or in the forest carrier and the number of groove, lure wood and white. anisopliae non-woven bacteria strip joint and lure wood lure bassiana nonwoven showed a significant effect of the bacteria used in conjunction. But the difference was not statistically significant. In short, regardless of the target pest prevention and control, or to consider the ecological benefits, lure wood and non-woven bassiana fungus strip joint and lure wood lure bassiana have shown the advantages of non-woven bacteria used in conjunction. To use the lure will greatly increase the cost and the efficiency of the lure is not obvious, therefore, lure wood and non-woven bassiana fungus strip joint prevention and control measures.
