Organic selenium compound having the performance of a variety of chemical reactions, can act as an oxidizing agent, reducing agent, catalyst, nucleophilic reagent and electrophilic reagents, including the main reactions involved in the formation of carbon-carbon double bond, allyl the selenium oxide [2,3] West Guemas rearrangement and ring functional groups. At the same time, the organic selenium compounds have good biological activity, the activity involved in the anti-infective, anti-cancer, anti-radiation, and other aspects. Schiff base has antibacterial, sterilization, anti-tumor, anti-viral biological activity. Designed and synthesized at home and abroad has not yet reported two new selenium Schiff base and by fluorescence spectroscopy to study the interaction of the protein. Specific content is divided into three parts: 1. To salicylaldehyde and SEO 2 for raw materials, the role of the hydrochloric acid coupling reaction of 5,5 '- selenomethionine (2 - hydroxybenzaldehyde) (I). By IR, the sup> H NMR, MS on the structure of the intermediates I characterization and determination of the crystal structure. The crystal structure shows that the coupling reaction occurs mainly in the para-position of the phenolic hydroxyl group, the oxygen atom in the benzene ring inside the hydroxyl hydrogen with a carbonyl hydrogen bonding interactions. In the same experimental conditions, I, respectively, with a primary amine in accordance with the measurement of 1 to 2 than the reaction selenomethionine Schiff base II a-II e. The structure of the target compound via IR, 1 sup> H NMR, MS confirmed. 2. O-methyl benzyl chloride as raw materials, the use of concentrated sulfuric acid, chromium trioxide oxidation and hydrolysis, and then with the the diselenide sodium reaction to give the intermediate 2,2 '- seleno bis (methylene) the dibenzo-formaldehyde ( Ⅳ). Under the same conditions, with three kinds of primary amine condensation reaction to obtain the of selenomethionine Schiff alkali V of a-V c. The target structure of the product have to undergo IR, 1 sup> HNMR, MS conclusive evidence. 3. By fluorescence spectroscopy to study the role of the two types of selenium Schiff base with bovine serum albumin (BSA). Simulate the human body under physiological conditions to study the spectral characteristics of their interaction with BSA obtained with BSA was a combination of constants, thermodynamic function changes and the number of binding sites and other parameters of the binding process, according to the F (?) Rster no radiation energy transfer theory to calculate the distance between the donor (BSA) and the receptor binding conformation of BSA synchronous fluorescence spectrometry.
