Prevention of cervical cancer is the challenges and opportunities faced by the medical profession in recent years , cervical cancer screening methods and programs of study has become the focus of world concern . In this paper, to observe and evaluate the diagnostic value of improved the Reid colposcopic ratings (RCI) joint American Lipp thin layer of liquid-based cytology (LPT) of cervical precancerous lesions , explore cervical precancerous lesions best screening method and vagina the clinical value of the mirror . Binding conditions of socio-economic and health resources in northern China , the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin University, gynecological outpatient colposcopy clinic 109 patients on treatment in April 2006 -July LPT check and colposcopy checks combined with Reid rated pair screening of cervical precancerous lesions , biopsy and colposcopy abnormal image analysis , standard histopathological results . The following conclusions: combined colposcopy with cervical cytology , laboratory diagnosis and clinical diagnosis , screening can significantly reduce the rate of misdiagnosis , invasive minimal , moderate cost , simple and effective precancerous cervical lesions screening method ; colposcopy in screening cervical precancerous lesions play a role can not be ignored . The expected screening program for women in the northern region to bring the Gospel .
