Abstract


This paper, like change January 2003 to January 2006 , during the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin University hospital treatment of 92 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia, CIN) patients were retrospectively analyzed to investigate the incidence trends , clinical manifestations , diagnosis and treatment . Which CIN Ⅰ 23 cases, accounting for 25.0% ; CIN Ⅱ 22 cases , accounting for 23.9% ; and CIN Ⅲ 47 cases ( including severe atypical hyperplasia 33 cases of carcinoma in situ of 14 cases ) , accounting for 51.1% . The age distribution of patients between 22 to 68 years old . Count data χ2 test with χ2 and continuity correction , multiple rate comparison Scheffé confidence interval method , SPSS10.0 software was used for statistical analysis , the results of the analysis . The results show that the ① CIN incidence presents the trend of the younger peak incidence in the 30 to 39 years, mean age 38.0 ± 10.2 years . CIN incidence in postmenopausal women with a lot to see . ② CIN signs and symptoms typical with chronic cervicitis difficult to distinguish . Clinicians not to have asymptomatic cervix existence of the naked eye to change his decision CIN exists , attention should be paid to the healthy population census of women's diseases . ( 3 ) liquid-based cytology screening false negative rate , false negative rate was significantly lower than the traditional Pap smear , colposcopic cervical biopsy accuracy rate is significantly higher than the naked eye biopsy accuracy . Therefore, to achieve the early diagnosis and treatment of CIN CIN ??detection rate should actively adopt advanced technology to improve laboratory examinations , and CIN auxiliary examination method yet to be perfected . The ④ clinical phenomenon of over-treatment of CIN CIN ??treatment of problems to be solved . With LEEP recurrence Note the postoperative follow-up , the recurrence should adopt other methods of treatment .
