Abstract


Missed abortion is a special type of spontaneous abortion in recent years in the clinical incidence, clinical treatment and deal with more difficult analysis the missed abortion clinical significance of the treatment is to explore the most appropriate treatment method, traditional methods to deal with missed abortion appears when difficulties and complications more difficult, try to explore non-invasive treatment method in the effectiveness and feasibility of missed abortion. This paper analyzes the First Clinical Hospital of Jilin University, January 1995, December 2006, based on history, gynecological examination, urine pregnancy test and Doppler ultrasound confirmed 215 cases of for missed abortion hospitalized patients. Research shows that 204 cases (94.88%) of 215 cases BOC medical abortion and direct Qinggong treated cases, to Qinggong the number of cases of medical abortion and direct Qinggong therapy were analyzed and compared, results showed that the two groups Qinggong rate was significantly different (P lt; 0.05), the medical abortion group Qinggong better than direct Qinggong group. For patients with different clinical manifestations, the line number of medical abortion cases treated with direct Qinggong Qinggong were analyzed and compared. Cases of irregular vaginal bleeding and irregular vaginal bleeding associated with lower abdominal pain cases two groups Qinggong rate difference was not statistically significant (P gt; 0.05). No clinical symptoms, Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of missed abortion cases, two sets of the Qinggong rate difference was significant (P lt; 0.05), the medical abortion group Qinggong better than direct Qinggong group. According to the the Doppler ultrasound prompt Kiyomiya the number of cases of medical abortion with direct Qinggong treatment were analyzed and compared. The number of cases of missed abortion gestational sac type the two treatment methods Qinggong comparison, the results showed that the two groups of the Palace of Heavenly Purity rate significantly different (P lt; 0.05), the medical abortion group Qinggong better than direct Qinggong group. This group, 18 underwent hysteroscopic curettage cases are once cleared, including two cases simultaneously submucosal myomectomy. Shows that the more choices clinically in the treatment of missed abortion mifepristone with misoprostol drug treatment, drug abortion joint curettage treatment of missed abortion not only to reduce the pain caused by the expansion of house, and to avoid prolonged uterine bleeding and multiple Qinggong cause uterine infections and other serious complications occurred. The hysteroscopy applications, improve the success rate of the clear embryonic tissue residue, and simultaneously diagnosis and treatment of submucosal uterine fibroids, fully demonstrated its superiority.
