The Effect of Postoperative Pain Management and the Stress Reaction to Organism with Multimodal Analgesia in Patients Undergoing Qynecological Surgery

Abstract


Basic research about the physiology of pain already made ??great progress in the past ten years , but is still insufficient research and clinical practice , mainly because most of the pain treatment is still based on a single mode . Single drug or impossible to achieve the best or complete pain relief and regulation of the stress response . To this end the concept of balance or multi- mode (multimodal) analgesia . Multimodal analgesia represents the main direction of development of postoperative pain management techniques . In this study, through the application of the the lornoxicam line preemptive analgesia combined with postoperative patient controlled epidural analgesia ( PCEA ) , to explore perioperative multimodal analgesia postoperative analgesia , as well as the impact of the stress response after . The subjects were randomly divided into multi-modal analgesia group ( thirty minutes before skin incision slow intravenous bolus lornoxicam 16mg ) ; control group ( no treatment before surgery ) . The group was connected to the computer analgesic pump line patient-controlled epidural analgesia ( PCEA ) . The results showed : 0.2% ropivacaine the fentanyl 4μg/ml ondansetron 40μg/ml satisfied with postoperative PCEA analgesic effect , does not affect the movement and sustained analgesic patients subjectively feel comfortable . Multimodal analgesia group after the application of the the lornoxicam line preemptive analgesia , the group of early postoperative blood glucose , serum cortisol and pancreatic glucagon elevated magnitude lower than PCEA group . Perioperative balanced analgesia mode lornoxicam for preemptive analgesia and postoperative PECA constitute lower abdominal surgery patients with postoperative analgesia in patients subjective feeling comfortable, rare adverse reactions , and to some extent . inhibit the the the postoperative stress reaction , positive protective effect on the body .
