Objective To investigate the transcription factor T-bet and GATA-3 in allergic rhinitis and asthma in animal models of imbalance Expression and significance to clarify these two transcription factors in the cause of the clinical symptoms of allergic diseases , and to explore this as the possibility of allergic rhinitis and asthma in a systemic reaction mechanism , and provide a theoretical basis and new ideas for the treatment of upper and lower respiratory disease . Method 1 in experimental animal models of allergic rhinitis and asthma . Ovalbumin (OVA) as antigen , aluminum hydroxide as adjuvant to achieve foundation sensitization of rats by intraperitoneal injection , allergic rhinitis group given OVA intranasally excited, the asthma group OVA atomization inhalation challenge model completed by behavioral observation and rat nasal mucosa , lung tissue HE staining were detected . 2 from rat blood specimens , lymphocytes were separated , and the application of T-bet and GATA-3 mRNA expression by semi-quantitative RT-PCR method , the use of statistical methods for analysis . Results 1 of allergic rhinitis group and asthma group inspire \u0026 excite the obvious corresponding clinical symptoms , and is visible in the two groups of the nasal mucosa eosinophil infiltration increased more than the normal control group ; eosinophils in the lung tissue of asthmatic group granulocyte infiltration increase , higher than the the rhinitis group ; both higher than the normal control group . Prompted modeling success . 2 GATA-3 mRNA expression levels in allergic rhinitis and asthma group were higher than the normal control group (P <0.05), and there was no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . T-bet mRNA expression in the normal control group than two sensitized group (P <0.05), low expression or no expression of allergic rhinitis and asthma group , there was no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) . Conclusions successfully established allergic rhinitis and asthma in animal models . 2 transcription factor T-bet and GATA-3 imbalance expression of allergic rhinitis and asthma in animal models , and the imbalance in the expression may be a common factor in allergic inflammation of the upper and lower respiratory tract occurs . Correct its balance may be a new idea for the treatment of allergic rhinitis and asthma .
