Abstract

Difficult due to the high variability of the hepatitis C virus , the vaccine . , No ideal drug for the treatment of hepatitis C , interferon and ribavirin anti-viral therapy is widely recognized as the best treatment options , but there are still a relapse after therapy and withdrawal on its mechanism is currently no conclusion. A large number of studies have confirmed that non - coding region of HCV structural protein region , non-structural protein region of HCV replication , interferon tolerance , immune escape , to varying degrees, in the process play a role . This study from Changchun three had received interferon therapy in patients with chronic hepatitis C ( including the rebound , recurrence ) and one about to receive interferon treatment in patients with chronic hepatitis C , HCV cDNA of partial sequences were amplified , sequenced , and study its base arrangement and variation in the hypervariable region amino acid variation to Changchun strain of hepatitis C virus interferon resistance mechanisms of the vaccine , the immune clearance mechanisms of hepatitis C virus NS3 serine protease and NS5b RDRP suppression agent efficacy prediction , provides a clue .
