Abstract

The subject application of nano- magnetic particles developed the reverse grouping erythrocyte membrane magnetization can substitute fresh red blood cells reagents, magnetic particles prepared by a qualified chemical co-precipitation , the iron content of about 70% , the chemical composition of the iron oxide tablets diameter of approximately 200nm, can be stored in the water ; for coated magnetic particles , the red cell membrane , its antigenic properties titer of 64 corresponding human serum antibody completely inhibited . The prepared reverse grouping reagent application in blood centers in the automation system , and the detection of 640 parts of a 98.3% accurate . In addition , about 1,500 copies of the clinical patient 's blood type tested and found to comply with anti- stereotypes rate was 97.2% in the laboratory . Preliminary view that the application of nano- magnetic particles developed reverse grouping of red cell membrane magnetization reagents can be used in clinical blood group anti stereotypes detection , can joint with automated detection against stereotypes applied to a large number of the ABO blood group system .
