Abstract

HCV (Hepatitis C virus) is a serious infectious hepatitis virus , and to date, its immune and chronic mechanisms are not yet understood . Based on pathological knowledge of the relationship between hepatitis C virus and the host cell and immune response , corresponding to the three mathematical models , and dynamics analysis , which uses the Routh- Hurwitz theorem , Maple software and the complexity of the model numerical simulation, mainly to get the following conclusions : 1 , only consider the basic model of the virus and the host cell , the body is infected after a certain period of time tends to a steady state basic model based on the antibody response , the findings do not change the local stability of the system ; Finally, the antibody response and cellular immune responses to CTL (cytotoxic T lymphocytes) are considered ; 2 , and found that the CTL response against the disease development plays a key role . Infection in a short period of time to eliminate the need for sustained , broad CTL immune response ; When only significant antibody response , no sustained CTL response , the body can not effectively clear the virus , will tend to a state of chronic infection . Findings understanding of the mechanism of HCV infection process , and carry out scientific prevention and treatment of guiding significance .
