Pseudomonas aeruginosa (Pseudomonas aerugionsa) is an opportunistic pathogen, it can cause severe acute and chronic infection in the crowd, is an infection of the patients in the hospital during the third-largest pathogens. Although certain antibiotics against Pseudomonas aeruginosa having a therapeutic effect, but at the same time, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, an important characteristic of having a high intrinsic resistance to many antibiotics it, which makes it difficult to treat clinical pathogens. Pseudomonas aeruginosa drug resistance mechanism to study pathogenic gene for understanding its pathogenic mechanism and control of infection is extremely important. Efflux pump efflux of antibiotics is one of the main reasons of bacterial resistance. 12 known and putative efflux pump gene cluster in Pseudomonas aeruginosa. czcCBA gene cluster encoding one of the RND efflux pump. This experiment, carried out study the gene regulation of the pump on the RND 2 the presence of heavy metal salts of ZnCl method of random mutation screening the genome czcCBA gene regulon. Filter tested about 20,000 clones, seven expression czcCBA gene affecting mutants. These mutant compared with the wild-type, czcCBA expression changed a lot in 250nM Zn 2 sup> in the presence of a mutant expression in the body than the original increase five-fold, 6 mutant little light, that expression disappear. Rescheduled knock among experimental and complementary experimental verification, the this 7 gene with czcCBA of expression regulation. Previous studies have proved pathogens able to capture the genes of the eukaryotic host cells and other bacteria, and to integrate their genes, so as to improve their resistance to the host's immune system, thereby to mention the highly pathogenic. Protease inhibitor alpha 2 macroglobulin able to capture pathogens successful invasion attack protease required, one of the main defense mechanism to resist pathogens as multicellular animals. Multicellular animals and the gene sequence of many pathogens found many more invasiveness, make more advanced eukaryotic cells (animal and plant) pathogenic pathogens macroglobulin α 2 the gene (Genome Biology 2004,5: R38). The analysis of the genome found in Pseudomonas aeruginosa α 2 M gene homologous sequence (PA4489). International studies of this gene in P. aeruginosa little. Another of the study is the use of gene replacement method possible alpha Pseudomonas aeruginosa 2 M gene knockout. Different antibiotic resistance differences by comparing wild-type and mutant strains, mutants that yfa-α the lower resistance to polymyxin 2 M genes with Pseudomonas aeruginosa to more The polymyxin Resistance.
