Abstract


Objective: To investigate the antitumor effect of the of Yao Baoke cancer Ling Capsule and pathological morphological changes . Methods : ( 1) inhibition of the mice sarcoma S 180 < / sub> : Create a S 180 Solid Tumor Model inhibitory rate was calculated , repeated three batches of experiments . (2) to extend the life of H 22 ascites tumor-bearing mice experiments : the establishment of H 22 ascites tumor model . Statistics of each group , the average survival days and survival prolongation rate , two groups of repeated experiments . (3) the pathological morphology by light microscopy to observe the degree of tumor cell necrosis . ( 4) using electron microscopy the pathological morphology observed degree of tumor cell apoptosis . Results: ( 1) mouse sarcoma S 180 inhibition experiments : statistical mean tumor weight , certain inhibition of the growth of both tumors of tumor-bearing mice showed that of Yao Baoke cancer Ling Capsule a statistically significant difference between the role , compared with the model group , group , low- dose effects . (2 ) the H 22 < / sub > ascites tumor-bearing mice life extension of the experiment : statistical average survival days of each group and survival prolongation rate , indicating that Ling Capsule on of Yao Baoke cancer tumor-bearing mice have a certain The life- prolonging effect , but compared with the model group , there is no statistically significant difference between the groups . (3) pathological morphology by light microscopy , of Yao Baoke cancer Ling capsules each dose group could significantly promote tumor cell necrosis . (4 ) by electron microscopy pathomorphological observation of of Yao Baoke cancer Ling Capsule each dose group could promote tumor cell apoptosis . Conclusions : ( 1 ) Ling Capsule of of Yao Baoke cancer mouse sarcoma S 180 significantly inhibited . ( 2 ) drug on the extension of the H 22 ascites survival time of the mice had no obvious effect . (3) the pathological morphology , of Yao Baoke cancer Ling Capsule can promote tumor cell necrosis and apoptosis .
