Abstract


Objective: In this study , chronic idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (CITP) patients in this study to explore the role of CITP lesion mechanism and purple Qian capsule links , and confirmed that the of purple the Akane capsule in clinical efficacy . : CITP patients randomized into the purple of Akane capsule treatment group and the control group liters platelet capsule , the observed differences in efficacy , measured by ELISA before and after treatment CITP serum IL-6 changes . Results: 1 purple Qian capsule total effective rate of 93.75% or platelet capsule total effective rate of 84.38% , the difference being significant . CITP patients compared with normal control group, serum IL-6 concentration was significantly increased , decreased after treatment , the treatment group compared with the control group . Conclusion : CITP serum IL-6 levels elevated , may be related to the CITP incidence , suggesting CITP patients immune abnormalities . Tsz Sai capsules for an effective drug to treat CITP and CITP serum IL-6 has a clear regulatory role .
