Objective: To study lipid-lowering Tongluo soft capsule clinical efficacy for the treatment of fatty liver Qi stagnation card . Methods : 48 patients with fatty liver were randomized to treatment group of 24 cases , treatment with lipid-lowering the Tongluo soft capsule , the control group, 24 cases , treatment Dongbaogantai , are 8 - week course of treatment , observed two drugs symptoms , B over the next fatty liver severity , lipids , liver function , liver size and weight of the patient before and after treatment change . Results : ( 1 ) the treatment group and the control group TCM climate total efficiency were 95.45% , 70.83% , and the difference between groups was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) ; Fat ( 2 ) the treatment group and the control group B liver severity change the total efficiency were 59.09% , 50.00% , the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant ( P > 0.05 ) ; ( 3 ) treatment group treatment of TC , TG and LDL - C lowering , HDL-C increased ( 4 ) the treatment group and the control , compared with pre-treatment , a significant difference (P <0.05), treatment group therapy of TC , TG lowering and HDL-C increased , compared with the control group, a significant difference ( P <0.05 ) ; compared with pre-treatment group could significantly reduce serum ALT, γ-GT level ( P <0.05 ) , but between the two groups no significant difference ( P > 0.05 ) ; ( 5 ) the treatment group compared with the pre-treatment can significantly reduce patients thickness to diameter of the left hepatic and right hepatic oblique diameter (P <0.05), reduce the oblique diameter of the right hepatic significantly better than the control group ( P <0.05 ) ; ( 6 ) the treatment group and the control group is able to reduce the patient's weight , but the group comparison within and between groups were not statistically different (P> 0.05). Conclusion: lipid-lowering the Tongluo soft capsules of fatty liver Qi stagnation card better clinical efficacy , with significant improvement in clinical symptoms of patients with fatty liver , improve the severity of fatty liver , regulating liver fat metabolism , reduce the fat content in the liver , improve lipid content , protect the liver function , the role of weight loss is an ideal drug for the treatment of fatty liver Qi stagnation card .
