Abstract


This experiment, the main material to cultivate Ganoderma lucidum , Ganoderma adenosine for the purpose to filter out the high yield of Ganoderma species , and the tea leaves medium formulations , Ganoderma adenosine extraction process used tea leaves . Get best Ganoderma lucidum medium formulation and Ganoderma adenosine extraction process technical parameters . Provide the technical basis for the industrial production . The research results show that producing the the Ganoderma adenosine highest Ganoderma species is in the tea leaves medium Beijing large strains ; the optimal tea leaves medium gypsum 1% of tea-leaf 68% wheat bran 30% sugar 1% ; Ganoderma adenosine the optimum extraction conditions for the extraction temperature of 65 ° C , extraction time 105min, solid-liquid ratio of 1:3 and the growth time of 35d .
