Objective: This study was designed by Chinese medicine treatment of high retention enema role effectively blocking , delaying the process of chronic renal failure , and will provide more effective treatment and a new route of administration in the treatment of chronic renal failure . Method: the inclusion of cases standards of 70 patients with chronic renal failure patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 35 patients , 35 cases of the control group . The treatment group received conventional therapy and traditional Chinese medicine enema ; control group received conventional therapy plus Niaoduqing particles , the course for both months . Were observed to improve the situation of TCM symptoms before and after treatment , blood urea nitrogen , creatinine , hemoglobin, hematocrit , red blood cell count , serum calcium , serum potassium , serum sodium , serum chloride changes compared with the control group to analyze the differences . Results: The two groups in clinical symptoms , laboratory indicators improved in varying degrees between the two groups with a significant difference between the treatment group was significantly better than the control group . The two groups had no significant adverse reactions during treatment occurred . Conclusion : Chinese medicine enema preparations with spleen and kidney , blood circulation , vent cloud detoxification effect , chronic renal failure, the patient's symptoms, signs and laboratory parameters were significantly improved , reliable, affordable , easy-to-use clinical application efficacy .
